Getting tested

To order the IMMray PanCan-d test, a licensed provider needs to complete a Test Requisition and return it to Immunovia, Inc. via secure fax at (888) 466-7298 or through the Provider Portal.

Overview of the testing process

The IMMray PanCan-d test is available exclusively through Immunovia, Inc. in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Here’s how the process works:

  1. The licensed provider verifies the risk status of the patient for pancreatic cancer, and then signs the test requisition and returns the form to Immunovia, Inc. via secure fax.
  2. Customer Support calls the patient to confirm receipt of the test requisition, to explain the testing process, and to review convenient options for blood collection.
  3. Immunovia, Inc. will ship a test collection kit to the patient’s home via FedEx®. The patient will retain the kit until the scheduled blood draw appointment.
  4. After the blood sample is collected, the phlebotomist sends it back to Immunovia, Inc. via FedEx for processing.
  5. Five to 7 business days after receiving the blood sample, Immunovia, Inc. sends the test results to the requesting physician’s office via secure fax or online portal. The physician is then responsible for informing the patient about the test results.

Blood collection

After receiving a completed test requisition, Customer Support will call the patient to discuss a convenient time and location for getting their blood drawn for the IMMray PanCan-d test. The appointment at a local patient service center takes approximately 30 minutes, and the phlebotomist is responsible for returning the blood sample to Immunovia, Inc. for processing.
