“A Study of the IMMray® PanCan-d Test for Early Detection of Pancreatic Cancer in High-Risk Groups (PanFAM-1)” is a prospective study evaluating test performance in patients at high risk for familial or hereditary pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. This international, multi-site, observational study included 21 sites from the United States and Europe, with over 1300 participants enrolled. Blood samples were collected from participants every 6 months and imaging was performed every year.
The study started in 2016, was completed in Q2 of 2021, and the data is now being prepared for publication. Additional information about the PanFAM-1 study, including the list of participating sites, can be seen on ClinicalTrials.gov.
